The questions I ask myself when I create my bondage art are about life and death, change, and transformation. They have been answered by the great mystical traditions from a masculine approach to spiritual practice. The forgotten but apparently valid feminine approach to spiritual realization is through embodied presence in this world. I believe the idea of divine feminine wisdom and sensuality needs to be brought back as a relatable icon of feminine power. xoxo
